Tau Ceti is a Solar analogue (spectral type G8V) in the constellation of Cetus, that is known to host both a planetary system and a debris disk. The existence of a substantial debris around this star of particular interest as the systems as old as Tau Ceti lose their premordial disk considerably by this age.
